We The Developers has prof a trick on how to fix facebook blogger problem, showing Error parsing XML, line 1922, column 64: The reference to entity "version" must end with the ';' delimiter.you want to put a facebook page plugin Blogger site for people to  follow and  like your Facebook page and  you are having this similar ''Error parsing XML, line 1922, column 64: The reference to entity "version" must end with the ';' delimiter.

check the Facebook code below
Take a look at the Facebook code below and the next one I will place and copy the last code and use or just add amp; where i added it in the code I pasted last in this post.
THIS FIRST CODE DOES NOT HAVE amp; before the version and the app id so all you need is to add the amp; before the version on the line I highlighted with red color and you will be fine.
which are &version
&appId

THE WRONG CODE BELOW
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.5&appId=964177270343989";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>
BELOW IS THE CORRECT ONE TO PASTE.
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5&amp;appId=964177270343989";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the script in your template to find the tag
</body>
</HTML>
